Recommendations allow users to recommend each other games that are similar to what they've played or have been playing.

Recommendations are bi-directional, meaning that if you recommend A if you played B, then it also recommends B if you played A.

Similarities should be significant, design, story or "feel"-wise. Yeah, "feel" is pretty vague, but there's no way to objectively judge how similar games are. Just try to keep it relevant, ok?

Wildly inaccurate recommendations will be deleted.

Form Fields

The recommendations form is pretty straightforward, just add a game and explain why it's similar.

Similar game (required)

The game similar to the one being edited. This is a search field, so start typing the game's name to show available results. The game must have been added to the Games section of the database to show up in the results.

How is this game similar to Test Game? (required)

Describe how the two games are similar. There is no size limit for this text, but try to keep it short, one or two small paragraphs should be enough. Bear in mind that, as explained above, recommendations are bi-directional.

After correctly filling all required fields, the recommendation will be created and you'll be redirected to the game's recommendations section.
